Services included for Visitor registration fee

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons, upon registration, can use various tourist services provided by our Service Agent. For example, they can

• book a hotel in Moscow
• book sightseeing tours
• order transfers from and to airport
• apply for a tourist visa

However, accompanying persons cannot visit the Conference and take part in its activities such as plenary lectures and thematic sessions, poster sessions, welcome coctail party, coffee-breaks, etc.

Cancellation of participation and refund policy.

We pay Your attention that, by registering as a participant in the Conference, You confirm your consent with the conditions of the user agreement, as well as the policy of cancellation of the services and the return of funds published on the website.

• All rebates are made only after the Conference has been finished.
• All rebates are made minus bank surcharges.
• Based on the date of refund request and type of original payment (registration fee, hotel booking, etc.), penalties may apply, resulting in partial refund or in no refund. Some details are published here.
