• full names of your accompanying persons, if any;
• name of the airport or railway station;
• hotel name;
• your mobile number for urgent communication in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. flight delay).

The transfer includes:

• Meeting at the airport/railway station or at the hotel lobby with the sign (the Name of the participant or the name of the Conference);
• Expectation of the participant:
  • for 10 minutes at the hotel lobby;
  • for 30 minutes at the railway station;
  • for 40 minutes at the airport.

NOTE: We do not recommend you to use the private taxi service at the airports and stations since the provided service and the transportation cost may not accord any standards.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

1. The deadline for applications and payment of transfers — June 15, 2013.
2. Cancellation before June 15, 2013 — no penalty, after June 15, 2013 — 100% penalty.

All the refunds are processed after the Conference with a minus 10% of bank charges and overheads.
