Notes.
1. All dates mentioned above are a subject to change. You are kindly asked to check the Conference site and mailing to be informed on any changes that may occur.
2. The timely payment (not later than 12 June 2013) of the registration fee is an obligatory condition for inclusion of your presentation in the scientific program of the Conference and its materials (the Conference program and the book of abstracts). If no registration fee is paid till the date mentioned, the presentation may be be excluded from the scientific program of the Conference and its materials.
3. Complete information on the refund rules for registration fees and payments for other services (hotels, excursions, transfers, etc.) is published on the Conference site. In all cases, refunds are performed only after closing of the Conference, and bank surcharges may apply.
